We are a teamof very capable people who make things happen, cooperate well together and enjoy our work. There are 9 of us in the mission and we currently have more than 200 other employees worldwide. We help to ensure that people in Georgia and also in different parts of the world have the conditions to help themselves in many ways so that their lives can be transformed for the better. We know who we do our work for, and that our work has real impact and reach.

Caritas Czech Republic in Zambia is women led! The management is all composed of women who are professionals in development aid and with a good knowledge and passion for Zambia. Well experienced project coordinators carry out various projects‘ by leading teams of techincal local staff with the involvment of various partners, local or international. Caritas Czech Republic in Zambia consists of passionate, motivated, professional and very vibrant team. The mission actively works on external communications to represent the achieved results not only at a country level but beyond.
