Caritas Czech Republic is the oldest non-profit organization and also the biggest non-state provider of social and health services in the Czech Republic. It also annually organizes the largest fundraising event in our country - the Three Kings Collection.

Caritas Czech Republic annually aids nearly 170,000 people all over the country, and through its work in the field of humanitarian aid and development cooperation, it contributes to improving the quality of life of people all around the world. We aid people regardless of their age, sex, political affiliation, sexual orientation, ethnicity or religion.

Since 1995, Caritas Czech Republic has been one of more than 160 members of the global network Caritas Europa and Caritas Internationalis, which coordinates emergency operations, formulates development policy, and promotes a better world for all.

Despite the fact that each Caritas operates as an autonomous unit at their own respective regional levels, their member organizations form a confederacy which bands together in a time of any world crisis and acts as one.
