The Codes are the foundation of the Caritas organization as they identify our essential guiding principles, such as respect for human rights, solidarity, or openness to all people regardless of their origin or faith. Simultaneously, the Codes specify the behaviour and values that all Caritas staff are expected to follow at work as well as in their personal conduct.
